Although The Sundin Group has been strong advocates of the Prudential brand, our vision did not match the vision of our local Prudential Arizona Properties franchise that we worked for. After interviewing (for months) all the local well known companies, including Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Keller Williams, ERA, Equitable Properties, RE/MAX Elite & Russ Lyon, we decided to join RE/MAX Excalibur (11/07). Their company's vision, business practices and strong community presence, coupled with their "agent centric" attitudes and fantastic management staff were the primary reasons we decided to be a part of this winning team! As Certified Fine Home Specialists with Prudential, having a specialized marketing program for our luxury home sellers is very important to us. This alliance allows us to showcase our luxury listings around the world via multiple high-end demographic publications.
