Meet The Sundin Group

		Brad Sundin, Realtor Brad was born and raised in Illinois, but he has been a long-time resident of Arizona since 1988. He is a licensed e-PRO REALTOR®, GRI, ABR, CLHMS, Certified Fine Homes Specialist, Prudential e-Certified and has also been a licensed pilot since he was 22 years old, but has been flying since he was 17. He is a Bradley University graduate, with a BS in electrical engineering. His past work experience was in the semi-conductor field as an electrical engineer with Motorola & Speedfam. During his 10 years at Motorola, Brad helped start-up the MOS 12 factory located in Chandler, Arizona. Brad's engineering experience is a tremendous asset to our real estate group because he pays great attention to detail and is very good at working the numbers of any transaction. Striving to be among the best in the industry, Brad is currently seeking his CRS designation (completion '08) and his 2008 goals are to begin work on his CIPS designation and obtain the SRES, & Associate Broker designations. Obtaining this many designations is a huge undertaking, but Brad's commitment to excellence is why less than 5% of all REALTORS® nationwide currently hold this many designations.
		Stacy Sundin, Realtor Stacy was born in Florida and grew up in Indiana & California.  She has been a resident of Arizona since 1998. She is a licensed ASP REALTOR®, Certified Fine Home Specialist & Prudential e-Certified as an Internet Marketing Specialist. Although she is a licensed REALTOR, Stacy primarily works behind the scenes managing our marketing and advertising. She also enjoys helping our Sellers stage their homes, which is a benefit all of our Sellers receive from her ASP™ (Accredited Staging Professional) designation. Having graduated from California State Fullerton, with a BA in Communications and an emphasis in Advertising, Stacy's former career was is in marketing for an IBM Business Partner that focused on data image mirroring for disaster recovery. Stacy also worked for an advertising agency in California, so she understands what it takes to effectively market a home. In her spare time, Stacy loves to travel & has already travelled to 14 countries and even spent a semester abroad studying at Oxford as part of a college honors program. Stacy proudly volunteers her time & computer skills (assisting 2nd graders in the computer lab 2 hours a week) at Bright Beginnings Charter School.
		Chris Wray, Webmaster Chris is a native Phoenician, having been born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. Therefore, he is extremely knowledgeable of the metro-Phoenix area & all of the amenities each city offers its residents. Chris compliments The Sundin Group with his tech savviness and is also our Webmaster. Chris also assists Stacy, and our internet coordinator, with managing all of our internet marketing and advertising for our listings. He is a licensed REALTOR® and also a recent graduate from ASU with a B.S. in Aeronautical Management. Chris is also a licensed commercial pilot, so when he is not "wearing his real estate hat," he out flying the friendly blue skies.
