Lender Requirements For Canadians
Most Canadians have heard of or know Scottsdale, Arizona...but there are many other cities in the Metro-Phoenix / Scottsdale area that you probably are unaware of. Homes here are still very affordable and come in all sizes and price ranges. It is true that it is more difficult for Canadian buyers to obtain a loan. Lenders have gotten extremely strict in their loan requirements for everyone, but as a Canadian you will be required to provide more documentation than normal. Don't let this scare you...We can help simplify this process. We have a lender that has been successful obtaining loans at LESS than the going rate being quoted to most Canadians. Don’t want to use all your liquid assets to buy a 2nd home in the Phoenix Area? What will be required to qualify for a foreign national loan? The process is not as hard as you think. The coldest months are typically December & January, while the hottest month is typically July.
