Because every housing market is unique, we had compiled reports from most states to give an inside perspective into the fundamentals and direction of the nation's largest metropolitan housing markets. These reports are in PDF format and give an accuarte account of each market's current conditions. These reports are provided by the National Association of Realtors and each of them evaluate a number of factors affecting home prices, including:
- The health of the local job market
- Foreclosure rates
- Housing inventory
- Debt-to-income ratios
- Mortgage-servicing-costs-to-income ratios
